2D and 3D Space Planning

We can design your new layout together from the beginning, so you won’t need an architect to draw your renovation plans. My drawings can include a floor plan with demo plans, elevations, and electrical plans. I additionally offer 3D rendered models to help you visualize your project from every angle, giving a much better sense of how the finished project will look before work starts.

New Construction Consulting

Whether you have a builder or you're self contracting, there are hundreds (THOUSANDS!) of decisions to make when you build a home.  For example, "How much light do we really need in the kitchen? Where does the tile stop at the edge of the shower? How do I choose a brick color when they all look the same?!?"  The process can be quite overwhelming for a homeowner!
